Day 1: Arrival at Guwahati – Transfer to Shillong
  • Arrive at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station.

  • Drive to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya and popularly known as The Scotland of the East.

  • En route, stop at the breathtaking Umiam Lake, surrounded by pine hills – a perfect photo stop.

  • Overnight stay in Shillong.


Day 2: Shillong – Cherrapunji Sightseeing
  • After breakfast, drive towards Cherrapunji (Sohra), one of the wettest places on Earth.

  • Later, continue to Mawlynnong Village, acclaimed as the Cleanest Village in Asia.

    • Visit the Living Root Bridge (Single Decker).

Day 4: Mawlynnong – Jowai – Shillong

Day 5: Shillong – Mawphlang Sacred Grove – Mawsynram – Shillong
  • After breakfast, excursion to Mawphlang Sacred Grove, a mystical forest protected by tribal beliefs, home to rare flora, orchids, and butterflies.

  • Continue to Mawsynram, known as the wettest place on Earth.

  • Sightseeing highlights in Mawsynram:

Day 6: Shillong – Laitlum Canyons – Departure from Guwahati
