Yes, in rare cases, we may adjust your itinerary to accommodate hotel availability. Rest assured, the total number of days at each destination and the quality of your travel experience will remain exactly as promised.
No. Vehicles (AC/Non-AC) are provided strictly for the transfers and sightseeing mentioned in your itinerary. They will not be available for personal use beyond the scheduled program.
If you do not arrive on the confirmed travel date, it will be treated as a no-show, and unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
Yes, you can request changes after confirmation, but please note that additional charges may apply, and these will be borne by the traveler.
A 40% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservations. The remaining balance must be paid at least one (1) day before your scheduled travel date. Please note that all bookings are covered under our special corporate non-refundable policy.
