By booking with Le Jaa Tour & Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• A 40% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservations.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least one (1) day before your scheduled travel date.

• All bookings are made under our special corporate non-refundable policy.

2. Itinerary Modifications

• We reserve the right to adjust your travel itinerary due to hotel availability or unforeseen circumstances.

• Such changes will not reduce the number of days at your destination or affect the quality of services provided.

3. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles (AC/Non-AC) are provided strictly for point-to-point transfers and sightseeing as mentioned in your itinerary.

• They are not available for personal use outside of the planned schedule.

4. No-Show Policy

• Failure to arrive on your confirmed travel date will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Amendments After Booking

• Any changes requested after booking confirmation may result in additional charges, which must be covered by the traveler.

6. Responsibility & Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure your trip runs smoothly, Le Jaa Tour & Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, political unrest).

• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

7. Health & Safety

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for travel.

• Any required travel documents, permits, or vaccinations must be arranged by the traveler.
